Professional baking classes

Faircake has been running since 2017, and is the first port of call for anyone interested in a cake baking and decorating class. Our classes are ideal for anyone, from amateur bakers who want to develop their skills, to those looking for professional baking classes.

Our classes are available in one, two or five day workshops, and offer a fully immersive experience in a variety of subjects to allow you to master the skills of baking, and even learn how to decorate cakes professionally.

As well as now offering cake decorating classes in Brighton, you can also join us for specialist classes such as French pastry and sugar flowers. Our two-day pastry classes will whisk you off to the romantic streets of Paris, where you will learn how to make light choux puffs, chocolate éclairs and a show-stopping Croquembouche. How fancy!

Getting to our Cake classes in Brighton

Getting to Brighton is really easy. It’s just under an hour by rail from London and only half an hour from London Gatwick Airport, so is accessible for both UK and international visitors.

The city is also served by a direct rail link from the Eurostar Service at St Pancras, as well as being easily accessible from the major ports of Dover, Portsmouth, Southampton and the local port of Newhaven.

National Express coaches also regularly service the city, so you have plenty of ways to join us.
