The class runs from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
This class is ideal for those wanting to perfect their buttercream piping skills. During this class you will decorate a vanilla cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and newly acquired piping skills. This is a decorating class only and no element of baking will be covered. The Swiss Meringue Buttercream will be prepared for you.
During this class
- You will learn how to successfully fill and cover your cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and learn tricks to achieve sharp edges.
- You will be introduced to a range of different nozzles and use them to achieve a range of vintage piping techniques.
- Decorate the cake with fruit dipped in glitter.
- Time for Q&A at the end of the class.

You will go home with an 8″ cake covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream decorated with vintage piping.

All ingredients and equipment, including transport boxes, for your cake course are provided. It will be useful to bring a bag big enough to carry the cake. The teacher will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
