Sugar Flowers Course (2 Days)

Over the course of this 2 day sugar flowers class we will make stunning, realistic sugar flowers. We will make roses, magnolias, cherry blossoms, buds and a whimsical rose.

Class runs from 10am – 5pm.

This class is suitable for all.

You will learn:

• How to work with florist paste, including how to colour florist paste to achieve stunning results
• How to make 2 roses, 1 magnolia, 8-12 cherry blossoms, enough to create a stunning bunch, 1 whimsical rose, buds, berries and leaves.

You will go home with:

• One stunning magnolia
• 2 roses
• 1 bunch of cherry blossoms
• Berries, buds and leaves
• Confidence to recreate any of these flowers in your home

All ingredients and equipment for the day are provided. Please note that you will be encouraged to work at your own speed. Some experience of working with cakes is desirable. The teacher will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
