The class was really interesting, I felt like I learnt so much and have so many new skills to take away and develop. I am a complete beginner and can’t believe I’ve learnt to decorate a cake so beautifully! Uma was so knowledgeable, really explained things thoroughly and with patience and was also so lovely to chat to throughout the day. I would highly recommend the course to anybody, it was so much fun! I usually only work with sugarpaste covered cakes, so this was all brand new to me and I learned so much during the day. I was really pleased with the end result and that is entirely down to Uma's excellent teaching. She was patient, encouraging and super helpful throughout and I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I left keen to keep practicing at home and Uma made sure I had all the info I needed to get started. The class was held in a lovely venue, perfectly kitted out and very relaxing to work in. It's also very central within Brighton, making it very convenient and a great location to visit.
