Japanese Tiered Wedding Cake Class (Photo Gallery)

This class is taught by Makiko Searle and Ayako Saida. Over two days, Makiko and Ayako teach students how to make a stunning three tiered Japanese style wedding cake. This includes delicate royal icing skills, including piped flowers and decorating your cake with fresh flowers.  These images are the results of students’s work from the very first class held in July 2013. All students were able to go home with new skills in piping and decorating with fresh flowers!
